Jessie Douglas

Associate General Manager

Jessie has worked at TTP since 2022. While at TTP, Jessie has served as the Associate General Manager for Death of a Salesman, Leopoldstadt, The Shark is Broken, Merrily We Roll Along, Patriots, Hills of California, and the upcoming Broadway transfer of Operation Mincemeat.  Jessie has worked in theatres across the country for the last 20 years. Prior to joining TTP, she served as a nonprofit administrator at Williamstown Theater Festival, Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, and Theatre Aspen. Jessie also toured as the assistant stage/company manager with Big League Productions’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas at the Grand Ole Opry House, and she was project manager for One Step at a Time Like This, an augmented reality experience that took audiences on a Shakespeare-inspired journey through Nashville. In Austin, TX, Jessie served as stage manager at ZACH Theater and production manager for the international performance arts’ Fusebox Festival. As touring company manager/production stage manager for The Intergalactic Nemesis: The Robot Planet, Jessie helped bring a comic-book-turned-audio-drama to 150+ national and international venues. Jessie is a graduate of Texas State University.
